i am having trouble dowloading my tunes on the sct. i know there was a previous tread on this but i still couldn't figure it out. if anybody has the time to walk me through this. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry... can't today... between being hunkered down in the basement with a tornado warning, and waiting to get out so the family can have dinner, the phone isn't something I'm really going to get near tonight. Have you called your SCT dealer.... they should support their product.

im not gonna talk to you on the phone about it but what exactly are you having an issue with? downloading/saving the tunes to your computer? uploading them to live load? transfering them to your xcal? apple or pc?

i cannot get them to upload on the live load. i have downloaded the driver and saved to the desktop.i have the sctx3\livewire firmware update 1.33 on the desktop. the tunes are saved to the c drive. is there something that i am missing?

hmm...sounds right. move the tunes to your desktop or "my documents" then click the browse link at the top of liveload and see if that works. that's what i would do. when you click browse, then select the file what is it saying? is there a pop up?

Do you have Windows Vista? You have to go to device drivers and somehow manually make SCT the driver for that device (Xcal3) when it is plugged into the CPU.
If this makes no sense, call or write to SCT, they will probably be able to explain it to you better than I can.
