Now that it is a story I'd like to hear, although it probably isn't any of my business.

Well, as the tradition goes, a groom is to give his groomsmen a gift. The other groomsman got a folding Buck knife, and I got a 119T. Both were engraved with our names. So we're at the rehearsal dinner when Chris pulls these knives on us. We're showing off to Chris' family, and the other groomsman (can't remember his name) is mighty proud of his knife. I (in my best Paul Hogan impression) say "That's not a knoife, this is a knoife!" Had to be real careful with it though, as beer and spirits were flowing freely. Gave it to my wife (then fiancee) for safe keeping in the car.

Chris, and my other groomsmen for me, got a booze flask and a West Coast Choppers beanie for my wedding.

Not a collector but I have had my 703V in my pocket for 20 years. I have cleaned a few deer with that tiny knife.

About 10 years back, I was hunting birds all day. Did a ton of walking with the dog. Must have been 5-7 miles of grassfield, cornfields, and woodland. When I got home I realized my knife was not in my pocket. The next day I re-traced all of my 5-7 mile hike and I finally found it.

The way I figured it was the knife never let me down why should I let it down.

The guys on my crew where I work know that the knife is mine. If I become careless and leave it somewhere the guys know to bring it to me or there will be heck to pay if I find it in someone elses pocket.
