I have been using it in my truck since I got it 4 years ago. I add a can to the fuel to clean the injectors, and when I change filters add a can to the fuel bowl. It does work...
And no it is not a Foam, that's just the name...
There are about 10 diesel owners here that use the stuff all the time. I use it in my wifes car, my oliver tractor and my 2008 ZX14 that I drag race just about every weekend that I can.
