Wink Lug Nut Torque??

What is the correct torque for the lug nuts on a '99 F350 Dually?? are fronts different than rears?? Thanks!

I torque to 150 to 155 ft/lbs. Front and reas same.

What's that old joke about ricers??? "My lugnuts have more torque than your whole engine!!!". I guess that's about right.

Sorry, not really adding anything here, but the thread title made me think of it.

My owner's manual on page 168 says 140 ft lbs.. front is the same as the rear.. It also says to retighten to 140 after 100 miles on a dually..

My owners manual, Page 185 says 150 ft/lbs.

Clint, this might be one of the changes from early 99 to 01'.

I guess it depends on early or late 99'. OP didn't say which.

My '99 is a LATE '99 so, I will go with the 150--I didn't realize that lug nut torque was in the owners manual. Thanks!

Early trucks had a lower spec listed......it wasn't enough so Ford then sent out stickers and letters to the owners to change the torque spec to 150-165ft/lbs.

I remember getting it in the mail a few years ago.

I torque mine to 160 ft/lbs and check them often.

When i worked at the tire shop 150 foot lbs was the correct torque.

ALWAYS retorque your wheels after 100ish miles on ANY vehicle you take a tire off of. I have seen wheels come off of all sorts of vehicles that didnt get a retorque done.
