Getting Ready to Pull that Trans
Okay. Well the ring gear finally gave out. I cant even start it now. I gotta get this thing done in 2 days lol. Okay before I go off on a rampage.
1) I got a place I can rent a trans jack from
2) Napa has the ring gear for 35 bucks
3) I have an auto trans, am I able to just replace the ring gear or do I have to replace the whole flywheel/flexplate thing
4) How long of a job in total do you think this would be
5) Am I gonna go crazy if I cant get this thing fixed
6) Theres a trans shop 2 miles away that will do it for $450
Whats my best bet
