Do you want to buy one tranny in the life of your truck, or several?

If you want to do it several times, go with something other then a BTS.

If you want to do it right, and once, then get a BTS.

I used their K100 kit, but I had problems with wear of the teeth/splines in the increased count clutch packs. When you add more clutches, the plates are thinner and the teeth wear faster. I switched later to kit from another vendor with the same brand of clutches, but with one less in the forward & direct pack and have hardened teeth. You have to know what you're getting when you buy these kits or individual parts. They are name brand and of good quality, but some things play well together better than others. Also, you may need additional items not included in the kit.

Then I will have to set aside additional funds for the BTS when the time comes.
It may be a good selling point if I sell the truck in a few years as well.
