The way that photo is it's difficult to get a grip on it's dimentions. I have never had a reason to take mine apart so I'll just offer up a guess.
Could it be a reflective piece that goes in the back of the light unit as a reflector for the bulb? As I said it's just a guess.
Hold it!!!I just looked up "Cargo Lamp" in the new LMC book and that part did not come out of that light unit. Are you sure that YOU dropped it or did you just find it laying in the bed of your truck? None of the light schematics
show angthing close to that.

LOL ive been thinking DOME light this whole time. I did have my cargo light off a few days ago for a bulb change and did not see nottin like that in there. I cant beleive yall didnt catch my mistake why would I have pulled the cargo light off several times for camo headliner or wig wag acess? Yall are slipping.
