I have 142K miles on it as of today. I run Delo 14/50 change it every 3-4.5Kmiles
I kept it between 55-63 today and WOW it make a HUGE change. I dont have a computer in my truck to tell me what my MPG is, so I hand calc. it at the pump.

I just drove from Henderson, NV to Lake Forest, CA and back this weekend and got 17 - 18mpg. The freeway is uphill, flat and downhill. I had the cruise control set at 73 mpg (just past the little marker between 70 and 75). I have driven the same route in the past doing 80 to 85 mph and got around 14.5 mpg.

mpg will also vary on the gear ratio in you rear axle. With a dually and 4.10 rear I average around 13 hwy and 10 towing

I usually average 12-13mpg city and 18mpg hwy @ 70-75mph.
The best I have seen is 19.1 driving from Houston to Dallas 70mph cruise control non-stop.
All figures are hand calculated.

My last tank (25 gal) W/8oz of Diesel Kleen added... equipped as sig states W/Matt's Gen-Econ tune, 60% city 40% highway driving hand calculated at exactly 15MPG... Last all highway trip yielded 19MPG cruse control locked @ 70MPH from San Diego to Yuma.
