Well...if it's not a 351M or a 351C then process of elimination would seem to say that it's a 351W. I see you've already asked over at that forum and they referred you over here. About all that can be decoded from the numbers is that it's a 1979 automotive engine casting. It's almost certainly not a Cleveland and I've never seen a D9 casting for any 351M/400. If you're sure it's a 351 and you're reading the number right then it's probably a 351W.
