I believe it's printed on a box located in the "C" pillar, under the trim of the passenger shoulder belt. At any rate, like pyro said, a dealership can obtain it for you. Most the time they don't charge.
Yup, it's on a sticker on your security module... unfortunately I don't know where that's located on these trucks. It was in the rear cargo compartment of my wife's Expy...
Yes texastech_diesel is correct I looked it up and the security module is behind the glove box. As to whether or not the code is there you will have to look but I believe from searching this out before it is. Let us know what you find I for one would like to know.
If there was a universal code Ford could just leave off the door locks. Everyone would know the universal code and there would be no way to lock the truck.
The dealer can hook up their computer to your truck and get the code for you but they will charge you to do that.
You can find it yourself for free, it is printed on the security module behind the dash ( where the transmission tunnel meets the firewall ). You will have to pull back some of the carpet and insulation to see it.
