dumping problem

dumping problem
New to the PSD scene but I purchased a 97 F250 PSD and when i start it up it sounds like a wastegate is dumping. I cant take off driving it until it stops which is usually about 10 to 15 secs. but the issue I am haveing is that sometimes it doesnt make the noise and when i take off driving it will act like it is dumping the whole time. I was told that it was the turbo mount. I unplugged the exhaust back pressure sensor and the problem went away. is the sensor bad or is the turbo mount bad? And just curious will a 1999 and up turbo fit on my truck with my mount or do i have to use a different one?

Yes, its the 1.0 houseing. If you do a search on here you should be able to find alot of info on it.

Same problems here, I can see the valve, but how and where do I disconnect it? is it an electrical, phnuematic, or mechanical disconnect I need to do?

I wish I had a nickel every time someone thought there was a problem with their truck and it was the EBV. On second thought, I wish I could punch the engineer in the face everytime someone thought they had a problem with it. What a waste of fords time, money, and man hours in designing this POS.
