Alright, well I've already posted once on here with my pics, but I'll throw these up. Me and two buddies just lifted it this weekend, so she looks all different now.
As the spring happens, will have more pics in the mud!
Its looking awesome man! What did you use to do the lift on there? It looks like a 4" am i right? hahaha
But heres just a simple homage to lifted trucks: -the ranks of which my baby will soon be joining (like two weeks soon) hahaaha!
Rockin truck man!
Its actually a 5.5" from JBG, with Superlift hardware and Deaver prerunner springs, the ride is sooooo much nicer now...and thanks
Nice!! I just got a 6" suspension lift from Superlift, Im going to be putting that on as soon as my dad gets back from Japan (ive learned the hard way that projects like this are best done with assistance hahaha) Its all pretty straight forward except im a little iffy about how to install the extnded radius arms...
Everything i got is superlift except the shocks which are pro-comp. I cant wait to get it together because now mine rides like a rock hahaha
Some updated pics of my truck since I installed the air dam, had the windows retinted and the 1/11 license plate. It ain't much but it's paid for and got me through the winter!
Actually no I'm a moderator on a Gibson SG forum and I chose TNT for an AC/DC song and the mean former Marine thing. I use it on other forums of interest.

Ok, two things, to get those radius arms off, you really need to soak the bolts with a good penetrating oil starting at least a week in advance, and even then get a good breaker bar and deep socket and a good set of wrenches. The size is an inch and an eighth for when you're ready....those were tough as heck to break lose on my pickup. And yes these projects need to be done with assistance, both human and liquid .....
Second thing, when you are bolting your axle back up (they dont tell you this is easier in the directions) Bolt your radius arms to the axle, then raise the whole thing up into your frame and drop-brackets........its a heck of a lot easier that way, but they forget to mention that in the directions.
Nice truck! How does it ride with the 3/5 drop? Does the axel hit the frame ect ect?
The ride ain't bad. It doesn't hit the frame but it does hit the stock bumpers periodically on rough streets. Never on the highway. DJM has some smaller bumpers that I'm gonna swap out. The left side also sits 1/2 lower than the right so I have to do some more investigating. I may need new rear springs. That'll help the ride some too.
The front sway bar is also a little close to the steering arm but haven't noticed any rubbing.
