Engine noise Full throttle?

Engine noise Full throttle?
I have a wierd noise coming from what sounds like the driver side intake?. If im going up a hill it will some times give a chug and Scrape sound or if you pin it and take foot off accelerator quickly it will do it too. Almost sounds like a quick couple scrapes of a snow shovel on concrete is the best i can describe it. any ideas
