Boost Tube Question

I went to washing the old truck (../rx98192zju/kwldirect.php?kwid=528)last night and popped the hood to clean a little bit. I noticed the silver intake (../rx98192zju/kwldirect.php?kwid=302)tube had been rubbing on the oil (../rx98192zju/kwldirect.php?kwid=531)fill cap. It is also very loose. Boost Tube Question

I went to washing the old truck last night and popped the hood to clean a little bit. I noticed the silver intake tube had been rubbing on the oil fill cap. It is also very loose. Is this normal or is something wrong.

how bout you take a pic of the other where it's actually rubbing ??
mine is not close enough to rub, but just turn it till it clicks and lines up so the short sides are near the boost tube ??
