Most places handle a shackle drop, ebay, summit, probably sponsors of this site. Shackles alone won't do much, maybe1 inch (they advertise as 2 but you only get 1/2 the benefit since you are only lowering one side of the spring).
I used a Belltech setup in the back of mine. The flip kit was too much for a stock frame and still wanting to use it as a pickup.

Do you have any pics of your rear end with the drop on it? what kit is it and how many inches lower?
Yes...go look in my gallary, put your cursor over my user name and left click. There are pictures of it with winter white spokes (3/3 drop) and the summer 18" wheels (3/4 drop).
Anytime you cut a coil spring you increase the spring rate = harsher ride= stiffer
springs= eyeballs bouncing!! Graft a mustang front end on and make the rear springs
trailing arms with air bags and a c notch or just hack off the back half of the frame.
If you do a flip kit you will have so little suspension left that most bumps will hit frame. if you don't plan to use it as a pickup it will work but even with mine there is roughly 2.5 inches of usable travel.

o ok. Any other way to lower the rear other then a flip kit?
Shackles and hangers is the other major way. You could have the spring eyes reversedand a few other little changes but the shackle and hangers or flip kit are the simplest and quickest ways of getting it done.

ok I would like to get 3-4 inches lower in the rear without hacking up the frame with a flip kit.
You have to unbolt the spring/axle assembly and drop it out of the way. Then I used an air hammer and chieseled off the rivit heads on the existing hanger. I then used the air hammer with a punch and punched out the rest of the rivit. From there you just bolt the new bracket to the frame and reinstall with the new hangers. It really wasn't that hard or did it take very long. I was done in 2 evenings and I replaced the spring bushings and the sliders between the spring ends. If I was wasn't for cleaning and rebushing the springs I think 4 hours would have been more than enough time.
