Well it is in the cab behind the plastic drivers side kick panel and metal plate, but it has to be removed through the engine compartment.
You can not get it out from inside the cab.
It will hit the inter fender when you pull it out so it has to be loosened and moved some for clearance.

Yea you'll need a stout wood broom handle or a stick of 1x2 or x3 4 or 5 feet long to use to pry the back of the inner plastic fender forward, toward the tire to make enough room to pull the computer the last little bit out of its slot in the firewall.

Using wood saves on the paint, you will have to put a little muscle behind it to do it.
The only alternative is to fully remove the inner fender, you'd have to unbolt and or unplug everything that is mounted on it to do that.

Make sure you unhook the battery negative cable before unplugging the computer.
