When the pumps get here, I'll find the problem. In the mean time, I'll get Kris another pump at the least, ASAP.
Thanks,
Joey@TE
Joey, I imagine its hard for you to keep up with all of your customers, and forums, glad to see you here brother, keep up the good work. When the time comes, ill have your system aswell.
Dont let it bother you mike, im sure serving and protecting hasnt been in his line of work either. Youre a good guy regardless of what you do for a living, i cant say that about all cops there are bad ones and good ones just like everything else. I was on the wrong side of the law for alot of my youth, and once i grew up things changed. I respect what police, fireman do for everyone. Alot of people out there hate cops until they need one its a tough position to be in. I thank you for what youve done for our country.

X3. What a jerk that guy is. I have never given out neg rep but almost did on that one.
Mike, keep up the good fight. My dad is a firefighter in California and he has had to deal with ******s like that his whole career so I know what you go through. Public service is a tough job.
Thanks guys, and sorry to all for getting sucked in like that. Kris, didn't mean to derail your thread. From the patrol car, Happy Holidays. Back to work, got a call.

Awww, MAN!!! You can surf the net from your patrol car??! I imagine that's really helpful for getting the latest info on a situation. Heck, just the traffic updates/cam access has got to be sweet!!
That said, though I've never personally met you, we did have a misunderstanding a while back that we sorted out, and I have to agree: you've earned my respect from afar. I've been on the wrong side of the law, and I've known several cops that went BEYOND abusing their authority; you seem like that rare officer that understands that justice is the point of our laws and tries to be fair all around. Thanks for all you do.
What do you plan to do with the truck? Is this basically a weekend toy for you? Do you ever pull with it? Race it? Not just stoplight crap, but really race it?
It sounds like Joey is stepping up and you should see how that goes. Defects happen, that's just the way it is. He obviously has a good product, but some times this just simply don't work. I'm sure you know this better than most (you had a truck bought back by Ford, right?)
I think putting this on *hold* until after you get parts swapped AND Joey has had sufficient time to inspect the setup is good, but I'm sure we all want to know what the trouble is. I'm with Kwik - initial setup can be everything and your not knowing the proper torque information is almost a sure recipe for trouble.
Hopefully Joey is able to find the problem with the pumps and you'll be trouble free from now on. I had no doubt that he'd take care of you. I can understand your frustrations too though.
Jeremy - I was writing the part about prep in my post and was thinking about you, since you roadrace. AND I was looking online for an all black '06 CBR1000 at the same time.
All that brings me to this question Kris: Regarding the missing torque information: Did you inadvertently skip that part, or was it just simply not included/told to you when you dropped $2600?
