Looks good. There seems to be issues here with the size of everything. Getting old if you ask me along with slow loads and just not working. Hmmm....

Robby, maybe your misunderstanding me? Kris has my number and he called me this evening. I obviously knew he had issues in the past, and had my East Coast Tech take care of him in a timely manner. New Jersey is a shorter distance then California, that is why I chose to have it repaired in the east.

Good to know because whatever you think of me, double that and that is what I think of you. If you have not experienced the same problems I have, then it is because you know nothing. Become a supporter and then talk to me you turd.

I do hope this problem's fixed, and i'd like to keep the Terminator setup, i bought it because i liked its design, and i still do. Im just the unlucky "one" who has had problems with it leaking. Being in my situation, spending $2600 on anything is a big deal for me, and when it has problems and affects other things, one could see where im coming from.

Plus on a side note, i think the extreme ICP is destroying my stock injectors. I dont know because i havent scanned with AE, but the truck sounds so much rattlier and rough, at idle and at low RPMs. So it looks like either way new injectors are in my future, im not sure at this moment.

It was a joke, you know(j/k)? It's in your sig, so I figured, what the heck!

If you want to compete with me, that's fine. I hope your engine is built? Your sig is a little vague. And your located, where?

Kris, if your leak is bad enough, it will effect idle. Lets see what happens.

BTW, Jody should be able to get you a smoke file for your girlfriend!

Most of you know i've been having problems with oil leaking from my "new" terminator pumps, installed 10-20-06. A day or two after i installed it, it began leaking. I pulled the pumps several times in hopes of finding the leaks. (i know how to do it TOO well)... I eventually found the leak and had it sent out to a technician in NJ over the Thanksgiving holiday, which cost me several days without a truck, missing an awesome country concert without my truck, and a big hassle. In that period i left my mark every where i went, exact copies of the lowest points of my truck are left where ever i went. Disgruntled parents (oil coated driveway) and a disgruntled mother-in-law (future) is what im dealing with. I lost over 4 gallons of oil in this time, the expensive 9000 schaeffers oil, and a disgusting oil coated truck.

Well it's leaking again. It's been a month since it stopped leaking, and out of no where the SAME leak rears its head again, for no reason. I haven't been under the hood since i fixed it, so i don't know what made it come back. But, i do know im fed up with this BS, im ready to send it back. I told him the next time it leaks im returning it, and lucky for him it didn't leak when i got it back. The only reason i don't want to send it back is because i think it's the best design on the market. I like how it's set up, and it supposedly holds the highest ICP of all the BO systems on the market. And, im thinking that the high ICP has destroyed my stock injectors in a matter of two months. Before they were perfectly silent and now, it's horrible how loud and clacky they are. I thought at first that i had the AE injector cackle, and i was going to replace it, but it now sometimes sounds like i have 5 or 6 injectors that are doing it. The idle sputters randomly and the truck shakes randomly too. So, i think my injectors are on the way out.
I have been lurking around here for a while, when I read this post it caught my interest. I have installed six of these HPOP systems but as you well know there is always something to be learned.

Kris if you do not mind me asking...where was your set leaking from? Being new here I really do not know any ones background...however you seem to be very savvy. How long have you been a diesel tech for? Sorry to here you are having problems.

I wouldnt really consider myself a "diesel tech" however more of a Powerstroke Guru. Dont know much about the cummins or duramax or much else, but im pretty trained in the 7.3... That said, the leak is coming between the billet block, and the rear pump. If you are looking at it installed in the truck, it is on the driver's side, just below the area where the brass 90* fitting and the large hose goes into the block. The area where its leaking from is where the block is very narrow.

Agreed. My apologies to all here except him. He has no comment about the site unless he supports it, and I will take my time off if it comes to that. Hope he helps all kinda folks here. He knows next to nothing about me. I can educate him though. Perhaps he has never been overseas serving his country. I guess I should mellow out instead of thinking about what I would like to do about this. I am done here and have added another to my list of do not respond. That cop line was the weakest one yet. 21 years military, 4 years cop. Screw him! What has he done for our country?
