07 Explorer additional reverse lights

I plan to install additional aftermarket reverse lights like the ones in the stealth thread. I understand the installation, but need to know what color the reverse light wires are.
Does anyone have a schematic or an idea of the which wire is the correct one to tap a relay into?

I don't have a diagram for that late of a model, but for years and years Ford used a pink/black for the reverse lights.

Dave, I did go over the stealth thread and I plan to omit the upfitter- I do not plan to use it for any other reason that reverse - .
Are there two wires that go to the reverse light or just one , with the bulb being grounded else where in the harness.

Saying this will I just have to tap in to the wire leading to the bulb to insert the relay?

I do not have the truck with me on a daily basis, so tracing wires is on a limited basis.

I am still getting the parts together, so I still have time to reasearch and come up with an installation plan.

Also, do you know of good resources for lights?
There is no Autozone in my neck of the woods so the stealth lights maybe a "NO SHOW/see".

That was a great thread, and very usefull.

BTW, there is a History channel program on now about electricity.

Sorry I don't know about the stealth thread. You can give me a link, or just summarize what your intentions are and maybe we can figure out what you need.

Got the job done yesterday. It was simple, but it took some time.
I used the stealth light setup - tapping a relay into the reverse light wire.
It works like a dream and I am glad that I did it.
