Question Starting problem

The past few days my 00 F250 hasnt been starting like it used to. I have to crank on it several times before it does start. And while im trying to start it, it has alot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Once it starts its kinda rough for a few seconds then its back to running like it always does. I'm hoping someone out there can give me some answers bc i have no idea. Thanx in advance everyone.

I installed that relay before my Pheasant trip to ND this fall. It works great. Not that my 109 didn't, I just liked the idea of a heavier duty relay.

And every step was from Guzzle's site.
