You can set up a gallery here on FTE and then use the URL from those pictures to post here. Once the pictures are posted in the gallery there's link below each picture that will pop up the correct coding once you click on the link.

I used ms paint today and opened the files in paint. I was able to reduce the file size from 2.3meg to +- 600k. It worked untill I tryed to make an album?

Don't use Paint, use Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Click the menu for Edit Pictures, you'll see a Resize option, can't go wrong with 1024 x whatever. It also really reduces file size (wiothout noticeable loss of quality) to click JPEG Options and reduce to 70%.
