I put the Hooker SuperComp on my '85. It will fit without 'adjusting' the alternator/smogpump bracket, but there is only 2-3mm clearance. I'm going to hit that corner with a drill but just to notch it a bit. Connecticut currently doesn't have emissions or inspection, so i'm not putting any smog items on it, though that all may come back in a couple years (which is why i'm not cutting the top off the bracket yet).
