So here is my problem, my 03 PSD 6.0 is running terribly after hard acceleration, sometimes barely idling, or stalling then not restarting. I noticed a bit of a whining noise, which i thought was the fuel pump. I've replaced that and am still having issues. When i went under the truck, i noticed that the bellhousing is full of oil, and is dripping on the driveway, which it never has before. I can't physically see the leak, but the guy who sold me the pump said it's more than likely the ICP. I just want to confirm that these symptoms are consistent with a bad ICP sensor, and i'm wondering if anyone has a link to how to change this, and how hard of a job it is.
It's easier to get to the ICP sensor from underneath the truck even though it's under the turbo on the back of the motor. It's easy to see the location in this picture: http://dan.prxy.org/Truck/6L_bible_h.../Page_011.html
Ya, i have that bible, and was looking at that pic, i just wasn't sure the best way to go about getting it out, if i'll need any specialty tools, and if they are common to leak, is it just a sensor that's threaded into the head, bolted on? Where would it be leaking oil, if that's even the problem?

I'm not sure what kind of socket it takes, but it screws in. It usually leaks at the electrical connection and yes, it's common to leak.
And last question, would this cause the above mentioned problems, or is it just a conincidence. I was reading another thread and it suggested it's most likely a bad hpop, i'm really hoping i'm just losing pressure via that leaking sensor and that's causing the problem.
