oh yeah, when you print, make sure you have LOT'S of paper in your printer...mine's over 1/4" thick...
The idea is to take the file to a Kinko's or other shop that has a 30"-wide engineering laser plotter, and you will get a full-size template that you can use to cut the pieces or trace them. It only costs a couple of bucks (well, maybe $5).

I got a quote from a printer today ; plotter copy at 30" x 88" is roughly $ 25.00 I will have it next week. I have more body work to do on cab first but will work at upholstery over winter. I'm making firewall cover, glove box, door panels.

I have the full Adobe suite at work, and will try to cut the pattern so it is 2 @ 30x42, which is a standard E-size sheet. If you tell the printer to split the file in two and print on those size sheets it should only be $3 a sheet, although I have to admit I am going from commercial account pricing. We have several thousand sheets printed monthly.
I can have them printed and mail them to anyone who wants it for cost, just PM me.
