You can make a set of your own out of card board. At least thats how I was planning on doing mine. Should be relatively easy. I'm sure someone here will chime in with tips and tricks.
Me! My ears are ringing!
When you say that your original is shot, can you trace it onto another blank? I took a few photos of mine if it would help. Mine is a '52, but the only difference is the size of the rear window. Email with 'headliner' in the subject line, or it may get deleted.

I sent you an email; pics would help thanks. You can email me at tp50ford at hotmail dot com. I'm going to work at the cab over the winter. Will use upolstery vinyl over backing I finally settle on.
I have a template Terry made about 5 yrs ago, but I've never gotten to that point. I will open it up this week and see if I can copy it on the printer at work ( large engineering printer, 30x42).
For what it's worth, after you see the pictures, I think it is not much more work to make one from scratch.
I traced my original headliner and sent it to Ross (albuq f-1) and he has scanned it into an pdf file. The tracing is full scale with a half template of the top piece and full tracings of the other pieces. Because the top piece is symmetrical, a line was drawn down the middle and I only traced one half of it. I also took a few photos while I was tracing it and I think they help.

All is well; the template is exactly what I required, Thanks to both you and Ross for the effort. My liners were completely shot so now I have a good starting point.
I used that 1/8 inch hard board you can by at the lumber yard and if you steam it you can form it to the shape of the headliner. Use a cardboard template and trace out the parts on the hardboard, I made mine in three pieces, then form it with a big pot of boiling water on a fire, marshmellows optional, and then fibre glass the parts together. I covered mine with material as well. Turned out pretty good.
Email me with 'headliner' in the subject line. I can sent a pdf file and some photos if you want too.

Terry, thanks for the file!! I am one that sent it through the forum, but outside the forum as well...
For those of you who got the pdf file, and need to print it, you need to open the file in Acrobat reader. When you go to print, here's how you can print it out. You need to tape the pages together, but it works well...
Go to your file menu, and choose "print", or simply depress the print button.
In the print dialog box that appears, choose the desired printer from the drop down list.
Under “Print Range” choose “All” (this will print the entire headliner).
Under “Page Scaling” choose “Tile all pages ” (this will print your entire headliner to multiple sheets of your default paper size or the size you have specified.
