1964 F100 door tag decoding

Hello all. New member here looking to decode the following door tag information from my 1964 F100. Not too sure about the items in red.Thanks.

5000 = 5,000 lbs. GVWR

Thank you very much for the information. You are absolutely correct, I missed a digit in the VIN. It should be 568884 (missed an 8).

The front cab mount on the drivers side is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. I see that I can purchase the floor pan, but I'm having a difficult time locating the replacement cab mount for the drivers side. Can I use/modify the 1965-66 drivers side cab mount?

2-C4TZ-8100154-C .. Cab Mount (Insulator) Upper Front - Upper Rear

2-C4TZ-8100155-C .. Cab Mount (Insulator) Lower Front - Lower Rear

Fits ALL 1964/72 F100/350 2WD.

Supplier's may not use these same part numbers.

Regardless, the cab mounts are all the same for 2WD's.

568884= July 64 build...July was 565,000 to 574,999...either way, its a late model yr 64 build...I wasnt aware the front mounts were the same 64-72...gotta love interchangable parts :-)
