I finnaly took a pic of my added-on back up lights and I thought I'd share...
For now, they are wired to the OEM lights, but I plan on adding a dash switch and relay. Anybody know how to wire them with the switch and in reverse? I've done it before, but it's been been so long, I forgot how I did it.

Well, I just wired mine to the seven pin reverse circuit and then I also added a direct 12v / switched wire from the battery. They are both connected to the hot wire of the lights. I have not had a problem with the system in three years.
I like the idea of shinning the reverse lights at people who tailgate you
I don't mind the tailgaters, It's pretty hard to see them out the back window anyway. What i don't understand is that if they tailgate an EX they can's see ***** past me. They are basically letting you drive for them. Besides, I just slow down and let them pass if it bothers me.
So, what do you think of them? I get good use of mine when parking in reverse at home and such.

Sorry, I didn't mean to repost that picture, it is not mine. I was just quoting the previous person. I DO have pictures in my gallary of my reverse lights. Mine also look alot larger than those, but I have the 110 watt reverse lights from a john deere tractor.
I have got to get the time to install them into my truck. Q uestion There is a Red wire and a black wire. Can I put the red wire to the batterie and then the black wire to the frame,
Nick
U might blow somthing. U would be better off with a relay. I have aftmarket fog lights with ford factory fog light casings. I hooked the red wire to the battery, to the lights and the switch. I attached the black wire to some metal. It wasnt really think though (didnt have a strong nough drill). I ran no relay and i get about 1 to 1 and a half months out of fog lights before they blow. I am using 55 w's so i don t know if i would use 100 w's with out a realy.
