uh oh, did I order the wrong part from ford parts. com? I ordered the part number given by pest007, but when I went and looked at the link given by Neal 97, the info says its for 97 on up (mine is a 95).
Is this the "hey let's jerk the newbie around a little bit for fun to check his humor level" routine? You're gonna have to do better than that before I overheat, only my ex-wife knows how to make me boil over.
Sorry dude. This does fit ours it just doesn't say it does. Trust us it works. Alot of people here have the same one in their trucks. This is just cheap and I thought you may be interested.
Hey, no problem Neal, I wasn't too worried about it. I figured for that price, even if it didn't fit my truck I wouldn't have any trouble finding a buyer on here that wanted it.

This is a great site, way too habit forming.
Nope we don't do that around here! we only help Newbie's.
The cheap one is the one you want. sure Ford says its for 97 and up but They don't much. the only difference is the material the electrical contact have one it. The 97-03 sensor will fit all 7.3 Powerstrokes. And the great thing is its about 5 times cheaper than the old ones!
