Here's what I'd do before dropping $150+ on a new MAF sensor.
Disconnect the battery. Take the air intake apart again and gently clean the MAF sensor again, making sure you don't harm the delicate wires. Now reinstall everything making sure it's all sealed up tight. Reconnect the battery and fire it up while crossing fingers that you don't get codes again. If you do get the codes again, try disconnecting the battery for a little longer or even over night.
15 minutes is MORE than enough to leave the battery disconnected to reset the computer.
That code combo is almost always due to a vacuum leak. However, since it appears your scan tool can't read data other than the fault codes, it's unlikely you'll be able to do anything other than pull codes, swap parts, and hope you get lucky before you run out of money or patience.
Seriously, you should consider taking it to a technician who is experienced in diagnosing faults.

Steve
These codes appeared right after I cleaned MAF sensor. So, I don't see a reason to take it to the technician and spend a lot of $ to figure out it is due to maf failure.
before I got to cleaning the KN filter I had found a major vacumn leak on the pcv line . replaced the line and it ran great ( before i screwed it up cleaning the filter and reoiling it) like I said before, after i recleaned everything my truck was running perfect yeah!!!!!!!
I finally had time to figure out the problem with my truck. I tried cleaning MAF sensor but that did not help. I went ahead and bought a new MAF sensor and installed it. CEL is gone. Problem fixed
P.S. What is a good CAI that does not use oiled filter (last filter oiling cost me $150)
I've heard about about Outlaw CAI. how good is it. Are there any alternatives?
