Headliner Question??????

Sorry to hijack this posting...but is there enough room between the headliner and the cab top to easily fish a XM antenna wire from the bed light to the front left pillar?

There is definately enough room for the wire, but you are not going to easily fish it anywhere. There are some cross braces that will prevent that from happening, but good news is it isn't difficult to remove the liner.

Well, after taking my Leer lose, moving it back about a foot, then removing the bed light, I was able to use a fish tape to fish to the front edge of the headliner...only to find out that that the GPS antenna lead was too short to go down the A-pillar and back to the Edge...crap. One more foot of line and it would have been perfecdt.

Then the fish tape end (small, very small plastic end) would not pull back thru the hole(s) in which it had gone...30 minutes later and after removing the plastic end off of the newly purchased fish tape, it was free.

While I was there, I went ahead and left the weedeater line in place, just in case I need to fish something else in the future.
