I think so, atleast that is what the guy on the phone with the company said. I asked when to expect a product like the 99-03 trucks for the OBS and he said approx. 6 months.
I finally got one in my truck. All i had to do was put the emergancy break on. After that the communication error was gone. I hope your problem is that simple.
All that you had to do was to put the emergency brake on??? Seriously? I have a supertuner that I could never get to work on my 95, but it works on my 97 and my 99 and a 00. I wonder if I put the emergency brake on if it will work. I never heard of, or thougght of that. Will try that tonight or tomrrow. Thanks .

I have a Supertuner on my 95 and I didn't have to set the emergency brake. Can you pull codes on your 95 with it?
i dont know if I can or not to be honest. I can with the edge, but after i tried to program with the super tuner, and it didnt work, I just went into the garage and traded it for the other truck. Too many trucks, not enough tuners, soon to be chips.........LOL
On a side note, if anyone knows anyone wanting to buy either a supertuner or a edge evo, for an obs, I am selling mine to get chips for both.
Yeah, I bought the Supertuner long before finding this site. When I get new injectors I will be getting a chip to go with them. Then I will need to upgrade the trans. The list never seems to end.
The only way a plug in re-programmer will monitor EGT and boost is if you add the sending units and wire them into the tuner. I would add the gages you want and go with a DP chip and have it changed to reflect future upgrades.
