Dash pad removal?

Once you remove the bezel, pop off the trim(3 pcs +ashtray) that runs horizontal. There are 3 phillips screws over the glovebox area, one over near the headlight switch, and 4 that are near the windshield. If you can, remove the 2 speakers. Removal of the dash can be tricky with the speakers still attached. Once you have it out, there are about 5 or 6 nuts that secure the dash pad to the metal part. I think they are 10 or 11mm.
