Whats for dinner
I Have boneless skinless chicken breast strips, I think I will make.....
baked garlic chicken in dirty rice.
mmm mmm good
What about the rest of you?
being home to cook is quite the treat for me. We usually do not get home until nearly 6 and want something quick.

LOL, yeah it's British thing. They are dried peas that have been soaked overnight and then cooked into sort of a green lumpy paste. I know, sounds awful, but they are actually pretty good.

I actually changed mine. We had Chicken simmered in sweet n sour sauce. Over Mashed potatos. Just as good though
