Cool sounds like a great meal. And a nice gesture for helping some one out.

Cinco de mayo is this Sat., Oh yea the margaritas. I just had a salad and now going for the hamburger helper leftover from my kids, since I just came in the door. Snowbunny has it right raise your own cow then shoot and stuff in the freezer. Best grain fed marbled meat there is, just hang for 21 days. Old Rebel has the best pizza going, just add extra jalapenos mmmm yummy.

I got a recipe from a buddy of mine from San Diego for Carne Asada and when I get to the house I'm going to get me some thin cut steaks and due it right. MAMA got a good Guacamole and Pico Di Gio recepies and can make home made tortillas so I'm off to the races.

Ahhh, gas factory here we come. Some foods could hook myself up to a methane-power plant's input hose.

I celebrated finishing the road and ordered a pizza from the freezer.

About the only thing I find them good for is ground beef. They always seem to take all the juice out of the steak.
