Gary! Storm has prevailed lmao.. I got the picture and noticed I hadn't been puking either.. I think it was the moisture over the weekend causing us to overboost.. I need to scrub teh bottle completely again but the major areas I wiped off are still clean.. I punched her today because some dick pissed me off in the wendy's parking lot!
Before anyone says it no it aint low.. i'm on a hill parked with my tail going downward so the fluid is at an angle.
Wow: there is a lot of residue on your bottle. I had a faulty cap on my 2003 6.0 and I got the residue from time to time but there was never very much and I never had to add any coolant as it was always in the correct range. I replaced the cap and never saw any more residue. I believe that you have posted that they have checked your cap before but if not you may want to try that.

good luck!!!
Yeah they did check the cap.. They replaced it.. It isnt puking anymore, puked one time saturday.. I think it was due to the moisture.. I spoke to some friends here locally and they all seen increased boost pressure this weekend.. One of my friends has a 7.3 and he never goes over 28lbs.. Saturday he was hitting 32lbs..
Sorry for my ignorance but what would the Moisture content of the air have to do with boost pressure, and if in fact the moisture in the air did cause the excess boost why would it spew out the overflow bottle. It had to have allowed the combustion pressure to escape through the gaskets for it to be blowing out the overflow. Or am I way off base???

I'm not sure.. But the fact that 3 people noticed a change in boost pressure this day and we all live in the same area.. I don't know the jest of the puking.. I've heard different stories.. I'm not sure.. However I have had my engine checked.. The gaskets are sealed.. So until something crazy happens I will call it fine.. LIke I said, it hasn't puked until that day.. Today it hasnt puked at all..
I am not sure about this but my guess would be since water is an incompressible liquid, if the moisture content in the air was high enough there would be a significant volume of air that wouldn't be able to be compressed. If it cant be compressed then the air around it has to be compressed more in order to get the volume down, which causes a higher pressure reading.
I have never heard of this, but I am pretty new to turbo/supercharged engines. I'm just putting a bit of my physics knowledge to use and it makes sense to me.
I hate to say this man...but I think it's more than your cap and the humidity.
I dunno bear.. It's not doing it anymore now... Plus the EGR is disabled so I dunno.. I'm stumped... I'll keep watching it.. Hell if it blows, it blows.. Just get it replaced.. Last gaskets were 26k miles.. I'm at 35k now..
Yeah..keep an eye on it. I didn't know you blew them before? I can tell you that when I blew mine (on my old truck)...it didn't do it all the time either, but they were toast.

They were blown before I bought truck.. Just saw it on OASIS that they were replaced..
Hmm.. It pukes but I see no other issues.. No loss in power, no weirdness.. I dunno.. Odd..
OK so the dealer tops off all my fluids, which actually overfills my degas bottle, which is causing the "puking", I hope. I'm gonna re-mark lines on the tank and remove some coolant and see where it goes from there. I have to take it for inspection next wk and I know the guys, one had/has a 6.0 dually so he should know whats up. Keeping my fingers crossed, but this is why I bought the ext. warranty
