Another Ticking Question

When I pulled it apart, the cams lobes, Journals and balance shaft didn't appear unduly worn. My plan is to redo the lash adjusters. If that doesn't cure it, I'll look at the cams and journals. As there are no replaceable bearings on these journals, does the head need to be replaced or can it be modified to add bearings i.e. a bearing kit?
