Good, that is a start but infiltration and drafts are still a problem.

I would like to know if I would put insuration where the top of the fountion and the house meets if that would make a big differance?
If you use spray foam it will help seal the air infiltration and add insulation at the same time.

Again I do not belive in putting plasic on the walls as a barrier for you have to have the wall beath, or you will get mold like what has happened. But I do belive if you can insulate the walls with a no face insulation it would help. What do you think?

Remmber MOLD KILLS.
Sealing the wall with waterproofing is required in any insulation installation. You may need to contact a professional. The moisture barrier goes on the warm side of the insulation. That is why the EPS insulation I mentioned is sealed on the inside to prevent moisture penetration.
