Looking to replace my GPR - In what I have been reading it seems like the relay should be to the passenger side of the valley with the air intake heater relay inside of that. In looking at my truck I have two there - both in a line with one about two inches higher and to the passenger side of the fuel filter the other directly behind it and lower. Can anyone shed some light on that. I am replacing it with the NAPA 109 unit, any concerns.

As always, Guzzle is very complete and organized when it comes to passing on his mod/maintenance info.
Took your advice and suggestions - NAPA unit back to NAPA and ordered the Stancor unit - Mouser was out of stock with a unknown delivery time - they suggested I call Allied - 866-433-5722 - They had 80+ in stock with a cost of $46.27 - 2-3 days to get it.
That Stancor GPR is the one to get. Before you install it, make sure you disconnect both positive battery leads. You don't want a short!
Also, I packed an old towel around the GPR while replacing it to catch any nuts, washers etc. that fell - easier than trying to fish them out of the engine valley.
Well it started -Turned the key on WTS on for no more then 5 seconds - gave it a full 30-40 seconds then gave it a try spun over a few times then caght and died, repeated the process then fine.
I kind of expected the WTS light to stay on longer with the new GPR. We have several 7.3 here at work - Fire / EMS units and the light seems to be more of an indicator then on mine??
The WTS is controlled by the PCM, and won't change when you add a new contactor. The GPs stay on actually for close to two minutes, so don't be alarmed.
