0060 over in speed density

i have a 91 e150 with speed density and i want to know how much i can go over without causing too much driviblity problems .cause i plan on going with maf .later .thanks

Overbore will not affect it.

Agreed, overboring, itself, shouldn't cause any problems.

Heads and intakes can work as well. The cam is a different story though, speed density is 'vacuum sensitive' so a lopey cam will most likely cause problems.

With an overbore and aftermarket heads, you may encounter a tip-in lean condition, without aftermarket tuning.

Ford programmed the SD systems to be 15% rich at WOT, so you can take that into effect as well. Any mods would have to stack up to more than that to cause it to run lean there.
