My X needs surgery
Found out the other day that the windshield/roof meeting area is rotting out. Right now the paint is all bubbled up all along the length of the windshield and the steel seems soft. I took it up to the guy that just painted my grill and he told me he could take care of it for between $400 and $500 as long as the windshield comes out without breaking. Going in Monday.

I wash my truck very often, I hate a dirty vehicle. My boss who drove it from 2000 until 2004, now that's another story. He is such a pig, it's unbelieveable. When I got the truck I paid $200 out of my own pocket to have the inside detailed. Grease was ground into the seams of the driver's seat, steering wheel and the very rear compartment. He used it to deliver parts on his way home, sometimes carrying duals, (rear semi truck tires/rim/wheels/drums), and semi trailer wheel assemblies etc. There were some spots they could not get clean. His vehicles are lucky if they get washed twice a year.
