New Guages, Please help

I got Autometer Phantom Guages for my 7.3. I have no clue where to start. I went to Diesel Manor for directions and they dont look anything like that. For example if you look at the picture of the trans temp sender. Mine is different. It has the probe But then it it has a smaller section with two smaller nuts and what seams like a metal washer and then a ceramic washer. If you go to This
link it shows some sort of harness and that rubber piece. I dont have any of that. Thats just for the temp guage! I ordered the pyro Kit and i didnt get a hose clamp probe or any probe at all. I HAVE NO CLUE!!! IM Getting frustrated. I cant really explain it. Anyone Buy these same guages?? What did it come with. IM missing alot!

Where did you buy the gauges from? Did you buy all three in a kit with the wiring and a pod with paint, or was it seperate?

kit for tranny guage

I believe you need the connector kit listed on the site you had the link to. Check it out and see if that is it. You'll like the guages once they are in...be patient it will be worth it.

I might have to pay them another visit if I were you. Without a pyrometer the pryo gauge is useless. It comes with it's own connector.

ITP diesel has some good install documentation. Check it out and compile a list of what you need.

OK in the pyro kit. I have..... Two Wires that are pretty long they are Black and Red Color. Then the two things that hold that outside housing on with the lock washers. And in the other bag the light bulbe, Two I wire connectors, two lock washers and two small nuts. No Probe

It's near the bottom of the page. Don't pay attention to the other stuff or PMS will grab you.

Also, none of those install docs will show you exactly where to tap into the stock dash light wiring harness because they are not model specific instructions. You can ask for that info here if you need to. I believe mine was blue with yellow trace but not sure, was a while ago.

Ok the EGT guage, All we dont have is the Probe. That site was very helpful. The directions they had come with it Where CRAP! They dont tell you where everything goes. That site helped me figure out where it all goes. All that i am missing is the Probe For the Pyro Guage. Now should that have come with it or not?
