If you look at the stock set-up the problems are, warped heads / poor quality and insufficient or lack of clamping pressure from the torque to yield bolts.
I will use the stock gaskets along with ARP studs for the water injection. To run a twin or compound turbo then start adding other fuel modifiers or enhancers like propane, nitrous and to combine these products, I would C-Ring the head.
Bowtie I am not even close to being uncivil with you and I find it hilarious you think I am. It's a simple difference of opinion man. I offered the beer as a peace offering since we got off on the wrong foot. Blackhat your right I don't post much...I am new here and I did own a DOUCHEAMAX as you called it, I loved the truck but the deal I got I couldn't pass up a shot at what I always wanted a F250 Diesel when it presented itself. I spend more time reading stuff and trying to find it here then replying except for now unfortunately. Everything with time though...it is a different animal. What I do expect though is when I do go to the dealer don't use that as your first out to void a warranty. If you find it directly caused the failure your dam right I should pay for it..but if not then Ford should pay or Chevy or who ever the heck we are dealing with at that point. Maybe that is how I should have put it originally..Personally it comes down to common sense...
Place a 300hp tune and blow head gaskets.. I should pay, I am pushing it well outside its design parameters.
Placing larger tires on and blows head gaskets..totaly different story...that should be the mfg...period..I did nothing to increase hp, torque, or cyclinder pressures that should have resulted in it. Granted the engine must work alot harder but everyone I talk says Fords love to work hard...
I hope that clears up my lowsy earlier posts..
PSD I do appreciate your reply's as your were direct, to the point, and courtesy in saying I was outta line or off base...
Sorry to those I offended...I will just shut up and read now
Well verdict came in and head gaskets are guilty!!!. Cab is coming off. New gaskets and ARP studs going in. They determined the 40+ psi my truck was making while towing right before the turbo went south and replaced. But its been puking since new so they arent for sure. Service advisor brought in his person trailer with a car and other goodies so i wouldnt have to take mine in.
oh and talked to the tech and he said last time he flashed it he thinks he adjusted for the larger tires and that was about 7 months ago. So it was adjusted for!!!

This is the best comment you have presented in this thread. While we appreciate input from all of our members...whether it be positive or constructive critisizm...you have offered neither.
Let's all get out of attack mode, take a deep breath and move on with the discussion.
