It's like the man said earlier. There are some of the worlds best Mechanics on here but we can't physically look at your truck. Most of us agree that from what ye can understand you have a dry u joint. In the front drive shaft or an axle joint. Grease them if you can. Wash them down with WD40 or similar. But have a professional Mechanic look at it.
