the map sensor should work fine thats where i have mine tapped into and it reads correctly. my guess is there is a leak somewhere or you have it int he wrong line ill try to get a pic tomorrow for you where mine is
Here is the link to the installation instructions from Diesel Manor (www.dieselmanor.com). The install instructions include photos for all 3 guages. Also note that the Boost bulb can be bigger than the pyro & tranny bulbs, they show a picture using a black permanent marker to dim the bulb down a bit. Worked for me.
Once you check and have verified that you tapped the correct boost line try checking the brass fitting that you used to install the boost guage line to the T-fitting. Sometimes it's easy to overtighten that brass piece and crimp it shut.
Hope this info helps

Yeah Pete, you don't have to tap into the AIH area. The map sensor hose t-fitting works fine too. I was just curious how you were checking that boost tube as like I said, mine are a pushlock and I wouldn't want to try to pull the tube out for fear of boogering something up.
Pete,
The link that white Buffalo sent is exactly where I mounted my tee fitting. I would like to find a compression fitting like the one pictured because I have blown my slip on rubber boot off the barbed tee twice now. Makes me nervous when I once had boost then no boost at all.

i just put a very small hose clamp on each side of the barbed tee to make sure the hoses didnt blow off
