I am in the process of installing my gauges this weekend. I have autometer gauges, pyro, boost, and trans temp. I am installing on my 2004 F-350 CC SB 6.0L
The questions I have is on hooking up the boost gauge and trans gauge. On the boost gauge I remeber reading that a good spot to hook into is just left of the turbo. I think I have found the hose is it the one that runs from where it hooks up on the cowl into the passenger side valve cover?
On the trans gauge would a good spot be the line that is pumping fliud to the cooler? If so which line the front or rear on trans? Its the 5 speed torq shift.
Boost line you have located correctly. And yes you want to hook the trans temp before the factory cooler to know your max temp. But i got a 6 speed and cant tell you which line it is.
