braking bounce

My 97 bounces in the front end when the brakes are applied..usually more so at the end of the braking, not the initial application of the brakes. I have replaced calipers, rotors, pads, bearings, inner and outer tie rod ends and just recently the lower ball joints. All of this has decreased the bounce considerably, but not elininated it. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated...Tonebone

check the idler arm which is the stationary part on the steering linkage. it is bolted to the frame under the radiator area, a little to the passengers side of center. if you have both front wheels off the ground a few inches, uave your buddy turn one wheel back and forth while you look at the idler arm. see if it jumps up and down inside the socket. it should rotate smoothly in the bushing, not jump up and down.
