Process for removing front spring bushing bolt?

I have a 2003 4x4 with the 7.3 PS......I've decided to replace my stock springs and try either V code or X code springs. In my planning I see there's not enough clearance to remove the front bushing bolt as they have to be removed toward the center of the truck.

What is the process for removing the front bushing bolt? I assume the bumper has to come off? Does the radiator or A/C condensor have to come out too? I guess I could loosen the bolt, cut the head off, and pull them out the other way.

When I put it back together I would rather install the bolts from the other direction in case I ever want to change the springs again. Any negatives to doing this?

thanks for any guidance

Pull the bumper. It's only held on by 4 bolts and is EASILY removed.

After that, there's a small rubber snubber/bracket for the radiator on the left and right side that gets removed (again, easily done) and then the bolts slide right out.

No problem. I just did this modification, along with the rear spring upgrade, so I'm very familiar with the process.

I have a thread floating around here (probably a couple pages down) with all the part numbers for the springs, rear blocks I used, and Bilsteins shocks if you need that info.
