turbo boost pressure

mine is only putting out about 10 psi. I have a kn air filter down pipe and strait exaust pipe and a super chip programer. My boost needle starts jumping around at 5 psi and gets worst at higher boost levels.
Any one have any ideas. I think i need a new compressor wheel. The truck has lost lots of power.

Check the intake boots (turbo Y pipe to engine) for splits and loose clamps. Also check the MAP hose and connection. Pull the air cleaner hose and check the compressor blades for dusting.

all of the boots and clamps are good. no leaks anywhere. The turbo whistles alot from the intake. but does not sound choppy. the blades dont look dusted ither. could it be the ebpv. and how hard is it to gut it

EBPV is not to difficult to gut.
Steve Baz has good instructions on his site.
