What year is your truck? I know the 87 to 96 or so RABS was a complete joke of a system that doesn't work very well. The RABS valve is expensive here, never mind where you are. I would just bypass it with a section of steel brake line and pull the ABS fuse.
For a 2001 Ford, I would try a junk yard with a roll over, not one hit in the front end, or try buying one from a dealer. I guess the real question is why do you think it is the RABS unit causing problems, besides an obvious leak?
My truck is 4WD Off Road and unfortunatelly a Rock hit it right over the Nitrogen acumulator and was broken.
ABS brake sistem was designed to provide a better breaking control to driver, specially in a emergency breaking like higways or wet floor. By passing it will disable this system leading in a less protection in case of emergency.
ABS system really Help a lot...
For the 2001 truck, there is a lot of RABS valves at www.pamsauto.com
I hear they do fail, and suck after mine went out on my 91 explorer.
