Hi
I am going to fix up an old Merc truck and was thinking of putting a MII IFS in it, the one that I am looking at is from Total Cost Involved, anyone else used this front end and have any tips for me? Also trying to figure out whether to go with stock or dropped spindles, I like the look of these trucks down low but don't want to have to worry about scrubbing on every pot hole or rail crossing. When I talked to the distributor he said that the stock spindles would lower it 2" from stock and the drop spindles would be 4", this along with a lower profile tire than original might add up to 5" or so(just guessing) anyone that has been through this and survived the head scratching that might have some ideas for me would be greatly appreciated.
